About the Role
Lightworks is seeking a relationship-driven professional to build and deepen long-term partnerships across the luxury residential construction and design community.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will not close deals, price projects, or compete with our sales team.
Instead, you will focus on outreach, visibility, and strategic relationship development to expand our overall opportunity funnel and strengthen our brand presence in the market.
This role wins when the sales team wins.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with custom builders, architects, interior designers, and strategic trade partners
- Represent Lightworks at industry events (ASID, AIA, builder associations, etc.)
- Host Experience Center tours for qualified trade partners
- Organize and execute CEU events and relationship-building gatherings
- Maintain consistent outreach cadence and follow-up
- Activate new relationships into the company CRM process
- Collaborate closely with the sales team without competing for deals
Qualifications
Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- Luxury residential construction
- Interior design industry
- Architecture industry
- Builder/vendor/manufacturer representation
- Real estate relationship management
- High-end hospitality or client relations
Strong communication skills and professional presentation required.
Local industry relationships in San Diego preferred.

Compensation
Additional Compensation Includes:
- Base Salary
- % of total company gross sales (paid quarterly)
- New relationship activation bonuses
- Event hosting and activation incentives
- Annual performance accelerator tied to company growth
Target total compensation: $116,000 – $150,000+ depending on company performance and results.
