We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who’s part strategist, part organizer, part problem-solver, and 100% committed to making things run smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be the central force that keeps our pre-production process flowing. You’ll welcome new clients, keep teams aligned, manage schedules, track materials, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks.

You’ll be in the middle of everything, working with some of the smartest, most passionate people in the industry. It’s fast-paced, high-impact, and deeply rewarding work. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Kick off projects in style by leading client welcome calls and setting a positive, clear tone from day one.

  • Run the pre-production show by coordinating internal meetings, site visits, schedules, and calendars to keep everyone on the same page.

  • Keep communication sharp by documenting meeting notes, assigning action items, and making sure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.

  • Track changes like a pro by monitoring updates, change orders, and issues.

  • Support your PM like a champ by organizing their daily schedule and helping prioritize what matters most.

  • Stay ahead of delays by confirming materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time, and flagging issues early.

  • Keep financials aligned by reviewing the Sales Order Summary Report daily and coordinating with accounting to ensure the schedule reflects current payment and job status.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
