Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-English) Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics

  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred if no HR degree)

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Construction or industrial setting

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
