We're growing fast and are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and support our team while fostering a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-English) Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred if no HR degree)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Construction or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
