Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and services.

Onboarding and Training:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
- Develop and maintain training materials and procedures to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures.

Leadership Support:
- Assist senior leadership in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, agendas, and other documents.
- Provide input and recommendations on office operations, processes, and procedures.

Billing and Receiving:
- Manage the billing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.

Collections and Follow-up:
- Identify and follow up on past due invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or disputes related to billing.

General Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite; experience with other software applications an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
- The office environment is fast-paced, but the pace can vary depending on project demands.
