Position Overview:

Our cutting-edge technology solutions allow customers to transform their home into a connected, intelligent space that responds to their every need.  We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executives' daily activities and overall productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with various projects, conducting research and compiling information as required.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Financial Accounting: Ability to oversee and understand financial accounting
  • Payroll Management: Verify all payroll edits are correct before submittal 
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.  College degree or significant experience equivalent to a degree.  
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google Suite, ADP, and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
