We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who wants that kind of workplace—and who gets genuine satisfaction from clean records, accurate invoices, answered questions, and numbers that reconcile the way they should. The Role
This is a part-time, in-office position starting at about 25 hours per week, with flexible days & hours. Hours may grow as our business volume and active projects require. You will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping work, support our office team, communicate directly with customers & vendors when billing or account questions arise, and report to our CFO.
This role fits someone who can work independently, keep several moving pieces organized, and speak with warmth, grace, and confidence—even when a balance is overdue or a conversation is not especially easy.
What You Will Own
· Customer billing and invoicing, prepared accurately and sent on time
· Service ticket verification before billing, because what’s been done and what gets billed must agree
· Accounts payable invoice processing and AP account reconciliation
· Company credit card statement reconciliation
· Past-due account follow-up and professional collections calls
· Clear, helpful responses to customer questions about balances and account activity
· A reliable financial workflow that gives our leadership team confidence in the numbers

Experience and Skills
· Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a comparable accounting role
· Strong working proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise software
· ServiceTitan software experience is helpful, but not required
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
· Clear, friendly communication when helping customers with account questions
· Ability to prioritize work and manage responsibilities within a part-time schedule
