By bringing electrical expertise in-house, our goal is to provide a more complete solution for our customers—from electrical infrastructure and lighting to the technology and automation that brings the home together.
Our office is located in Arvada, Colorado, with projects throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado mountain communities.

JOB SUMMARY
Cinegration is looking for a full time Colorado-licensed Master Electrician to join our team and help build and grow our in-house electrical division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced electrician with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to take an active role in developing a new area of business within an established smart home integration company.

Cinegration works with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, and other industry partners on sophisticated residential projects. By bringing electrical services in-house, we can provide a more complete installation experience for our customers while expanding the types and scope of projects we can take on.

We are looking for someone who is excited to perform and oversee high-quality electrical work while helping build the electrical side of our business. The right candidate will help identify new opportunities, develop relationships, shape our electrical service offerings, and grow the department as demand increases.

This position offers the opportunity to combine the independence and growth potential of entrepreneurship with the resources, customer relationships, infrastructure, and established reputation of Cinegration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Master Electrician will perform electrical work in the field while also overseeing and providing technical direction for electrical work performed by the Cinegration team. In addition to hands-on project execution and oversight, this role will help develop and expand our electrical service offering as the business grows.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as Cinegration's Master Electrician and provide the licensing and technical oversight required for electrical work performed by the company
  • Perform and oversee residential electrical installations in accordance with applicable electrical codes and regulations
  • Work alongside our design, sales, project management, and installation teams to provide customers with coordinated electrical and smart home solutions
  • Support electrical work associated with lighting and lighting control systems, automated shades, smart home technology, and other integrated systems
  • Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify electrical requirements and opportunities
  • Assist with estimating labor, materials, and electrical project costs
  • Obtain and manage electrical permits and inspections as required
  • Ensure electrical work meets applicable codes, licensing requirements, and Cinegration's standards for quality and workmanship
  • Help identify opportunities to expand the company's electrical services with existing and new customers, builders, designers, architects, and other industry partners
  • Build relationships and generate new electrical business as the division grows
  • Help recruit, train, and oversee additional electrical personnel as business needs increase
  • Stay current on electrical codes, products, technologies, and industry best practices
This position is intended to grow with the business. Initially, the Master Electrician will be directly involved in electrical installations and project execution while also helping establish the foundation for the department. As our electrical business expands, the role may evolve into greater responsibility for managing electrical projects, employees, customers, and overall department growth.
