Executive Sales Coordinator
- Researching and identifying prospective clients, builders, remodelers, architects, designers, and strategic partners.
- Generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
- Scheduling customer meetings, site visits, lunch-and-learns, networking events, and partner appointments.
- Managing the Executive Sales Consultant's calendar and helping prioritize appointments and activities.
- Following up with prospective and existing customers to keep opportunities moving through the sales process.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and strategic partners through regular communication.
- Maintaining accurate customer, prospect, and project information within the company CRM.
- Assisting with proposal follow-up and ensuring timely customer communication.
- Coordinating customer appreciation activities, networking events, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Assisting with newsletters, email campaigns, social media updates, and other marketing communications that support sales efforts.
- Tracking sales activities, follow-up tasks, and business development metrics.
- Representing IQ Automation professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions when appropriate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with customers and business partners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a team.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in sales support, executive assistant, customer service, business development, or office coordination.
- Experience coordinating schedules and managing calendars.
- Marketing, social media, or email campaign experience.
- Familiarity with residential construction, remodeling, custom home building, or technology industries.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
