We are seeking an experienced Control4 Programmer who is a self-motivated professional that enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with cutting-edge smart home systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:

- Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systems
- Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems
- Perform advanced audio/video installations and calibrations
- Configure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networks
- Install and integrate surveillance, LED lighting, landscape lighting, motorized shade systems and other third-party products
- Diagnose and resolve service issues independently in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and installation standards
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup, Control4 certification preferred
- At least 3 years experience installing, calibrating, whole house audio/video, home theaters, surround sound systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
- Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Some travel required
Optional Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)
- 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting
- 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
