- Develop and implement service protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest AV technologies.
- Monitor inventory and equipment, ensuring all tools are available and in working condition.
- Prepare and manage budgets for service operations and project implementations.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV service management or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in AV technology or related fields are a plus.
