About the Opportunity
Do you enjoy working with people, have an eye for design, and like understanding how things come together? Imagine More is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Design Consultant to join our Northern Colorado team.
In this role, you'll work with homeowners, builders, electricians and design professionals to help bring residential projects to life. You'll learn about lighting, window treatments, and other home technology solutions while helping clients select products that meet their needs, style, and project requirements.
We're looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. An understanding of floor plans and elevations is important, but you don't need to be an expert in every product category to succeed. We provide training and ongoing education to help you build your knowledge and grow into the role.

Responsibilities
- Work with homeowners, builders, and design professionals to understand project needs and recommend lighting, window treatment, and home technology solutions.
- Review floor plans and elevations to understand project layouts, identify customer needs, and support product selections.
- Assist with lighting layouts, product specifications, window treatment selections, quotes, and project documentation.
- Learn to use tools such as Bluebeam to support project planning and coordination.
- Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installers.
- Participate in site visits and manage multiple projects while helping grow sales across our product categories.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevations, or a strong technical aptitude and willingness to develop this skill.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Interest in residential construction, design, lighting, window treatments, or home technology.
- Sales, design, construction, or project coordination experience is preferred.
- Experience with lighting, window treatments, custom homes, or Bluebeam is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation
Base salary of $40,400 + plus commission based on sales. Typical annual earnings are approximately $42,000–70,000, with the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance.
