Entry-Level Warehouse Worker

- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of AV equipment, cabling, parts, and accessories; verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations using our inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for installation crews or client deliveries, ensuring accuracy and secure packaging.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventory audits, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe (e.g., clear aisles, proper storage, waste disposal).
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift training may be provided if needed).
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned, including staging materials for upcoming jobs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Entry-level—no prior warehouse or AV experience required; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and climb ladders/stairs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and documentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team.
- Basic computer skills (comfortable learning our inventory/ordering system).
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Valid driver's license preferred (for occasional local pickups/deliveries).
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; occasional flexibility for incoming shipments). Overtime available as needed.
