Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain low voltage systems including security, audio, and lighting.
- Expertly install window shades and treatments, ensuring perfect fit and functionality.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on existing systems and installations.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain an organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Document all installations and repairs for quality assurance and customer records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in low voltage systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the installation process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in low voltage installation and shade installation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in low voltage systems preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
