Position Overview
The AV & Security Installation Helper works directly under Lead Technicians and Project Managers to assist with installations, material handling, and jobsite support. This role is hands-on and physically active. You will learn the industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Assist with pulling and terminating wire in commercial or residential settings (Cat6, speaker wire, fiber, alarm wire, etc.)
- Help install TVs, speakers, cameras, shades networking equipment, and alarm devices
- Support rack builds and equipment setup
- Assist with mounting keypads, motion sensors, door contacts, and control panels
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Assist with system testing and troubleshooting
- Perform ladder work and occasional attic/crawl space work
