Junior AV Technician / Installer (Entry Level - Will Train)

Position Purpose
- Installing the systems efficiently with quality
- Meet and/or exceed team goals for productivity and absence of go backs or left to dos
- Create, maintain and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during the installation process
- Create joy for all, have fun. Firing up an entertainment system or smart home for a customer is just simply fun.
Position Responsibilities
- Install audio, video, and home theater solutions that engage customers and drive profitability.
- Resolve installation difficulties to provide the intended scope with an eye toward efficient use of time.
- Complete the admin tasks with timeless and quality such as time logs, returning of parts, and van inventory accounting.
- Drive repeat business by providing excellent service.
On a given workday at Convergence, you will:
· Your day will start at 8:00 ready to go at the Warehouse.
· Load Vans and help coworkers load their vans as needed.
· Arrive onsite and follow the work orders
· Collaborate for Success:
· Work closely with our design teams and field managers to ensure every project is built for success.
· Stay on top of the latest trends in the smart home industry, becoming an invaluable resource for clients and the team.
· Complete necessary paperwork
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, take initiative, and multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
