- Install and configure AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron
- Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
- Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
- Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
- Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
- Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy
- 2–5 years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation
- Familiarity with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
- Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics preferred
- Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
