AV Field Project Manager – Smart Home Systems

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is hiring an experienced field project manager to lead luxury smart home projects from rough-in to ribbon-cutting. You'll own the schedule, budget and quality of every job, lead install crews on site, and step in hands-on when a job needs it. You'll work closely with our sales designers, project coordinator, builders and clients. This role is part technical lead, part project manager and part client-facing pro.

What you'll do
- Take the handoff from sales and act as the main point of contact between the client, sales designer and project coordinator
- Manage every phase from prewire through trim, commissioning and final walkthrough, on schedule and on budget
- Lead install crews and get hands-on with wiring, terminations, mounting TVs, speakers and racks, and network setup
- Program and fine-tune control and lighting systems on platforms like Control4, Crestron, Savant and Lutron
- Configure routers, switches and wireless networks for rock-solid performance
- Run quality checks and system testing at key milestones, and troubleshoot quickly so callbacks stay rare
- Coordinate with builders, electricians, designers and other trades on site
- Send daily updates, keep documentation accurate, and keep job sites clean, organized and safe
- Train clients on their systems at handoff so they love using them
What we're looking for
- 4-5+ years of residential AV, low-voltage or home automation experience, including time leading crews or managing projects
- Hands-on programming experience with Control4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron or similar (certifications preferred)
- Strong networking fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
- Ability to read construction drawings and wiring schematics
- Clear, professional communication in high-end homes and client settings
- Organized, reliable and self-motivated, with strong follow-through
- Comfort with Google Workspace and project management software, plus the ability to pick up new or custom-built systems quickly
- Comfortable with ladders, lifts and power tools, and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)

Pay and benefits
$33 to $38 an hour DOE, with room to grow; plus bonus, 401(k) plan, profit sharing options, PTO, employee discount, Monday through Friday schedule, training and education opportunities, and room to grow as we expand.
