About Us

At Oasis, we design, power, and orchestrate high-end residential environments where technology meets art. Our projects blend electrical, lighting, and automation expertise to create seamless smart home experiences for some of the most discerning clients in Arizona and California.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an Electrical Department Manager to lead our growing electrical division in Arizona. This person will oversee a team of 5–10 electricians, manage residential electrical projects from design through completion, and collaborate closely with our AV and automation teams.

The right candidate is solutions-based, proactive, and deeply collaborative—someone who believes in over-communicating, setting high standards, and bringing a “hungry, humble, and smart” energy to every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
Oversee all electrical scopes for both new construction and remodel projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership:
Lead, develop, and inspire a crew of 5–10 electricians. Promote accountability, clear communication, and a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and excellence.
  • Collaboration:
Partner with the AV and automation teams to integrate electrical scopes seamlessly into smart home systems. Work closely with builders, designers, and homeowners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Estimating & Bidding:
Support sales and design teams by preparing accurate electrical bids and proposals, especially for projects paired with automation and lighting control systems.
  • Lighting Design:
Develop residential lighting layouts and fixture schedules that balance design intent, functionality, and efficiency.
  • Communication & Partnership:
Maintain strong, respectful communication with clients, team members, and partners. Keep stakeholders informed at every stage through thoughtful, proactive communication.
  • Solutions-Based Problem Solving:
Lead with curiosity and composure when challenges arise. Identify solutions that protect timelines, quality, and relationships.
  • Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all work meets NEC code, local jurisdiction standards, and Oasis’ internal quality benchmarks.
  • Scheduling & Resource Management:
Plan manpower and materials across multiple concurrent projects, balancing efficiency with excellence.
Qualifications

  • 7+ years of residential electrical experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or project management role.
  • Expertise in residential wiring, lighting design, and service layouts.
  • Familiarity with AV or smart home integration strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; thrives in collaborative, team-driven environments.
  • Licensed Journeyman or Electrical Contractor preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (FieldPulse, WeQuote, or similar).
  • Embodies Oasis’ core values: Over-communicate. Maintain high standards. Be hungry, humble, and smart.
Why Join Oasis

  • Be part of a forward-thinking company redefining what “home” can be through technology and design.
  • Work alongside people who take pride in their craft and care about their clients.
  • Competitive pay, benefits, and career growth within a team that values both results and relationships.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
