- Project Management:
Oversee all electrical scopes for both new construction and remodel projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Team Leadership:
Lead, develop, and inspire a crew of 5–10 electricians. Promote accountability, clear communication, and a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and excellence. - Collaboration:
Partner with the AV and automation teams to integrate electrical scopes seamlessly into smart home systems. Work closely with builders, designers, and homeowners to deliver an exceptional client experience. - Estimating & Bidding:
Support sales and design teams by preparing accurate electrical bids and proposals, especially for projects paired with automation and lighting control systems. - Lighting Design:
Develop residential lighting layouts and fixture schedules that balance design intent, functionality, and efficiency. - Communication & Partnership:
Maintain strong, respectful communication with clients, team members, and partners. Keep stakeholders informed at every stage through thoughtful, proactive communication. - Solutions-Based Problem Solving:
Lead with curiosity and composure when challenges arise. Identify solutions that protect timelines, quality, and relationships. - Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all work meets NEC code, local jurisdiction standards, and Oasis’ internal quality benchmarks. - Scheduling & Resource Management:
Plan manpower and materials across multiple concurrent projects, balancing efficiency with excellence.
- 7+ years of residential electrical experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or project management role.
- Expertise in residential wiring, lighting design, and service layouts.
- Familiarity with AV or smart home integration strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; thrives in collaborative, team-driven environments.
- Licensed Journeyman or Electrical Contractor preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (FieldPulse, WeQuote, or similar).
