- Conduct site assessments and provide tailored security recommendations to clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation and maintenance process.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer base.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a security technician or related role in the security industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience is a plus, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
