Commission opportunities available
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Purchase, Receive, and ship products for projects
- Ensure all orders are dispatched on time
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange and organize the warehouse
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
- Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process
- Create and manage budgets
- Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
- Develops project schedules, making certain that all scheduling conflicts are resolved with routine updates with the project manager’s final approval.
- Prepare project organization and communication charts
- Track the progress of work being performed
- Track & manage change notices and change orders
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
- 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
- Firm grasp of the supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
- Strong team player
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
- Must have expertise in scheduling
- Must have skills of adaptability,
- Must be versatile with administrative duties
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
- Capacity to handle pressure.
