ACCOUNTING MANAGER
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger.
- Review entries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
- Provide monthly reporting to the CEO
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software, Acumatica, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Hands-on experience in improving or automating accounting workflows.
Compensation: $95,000.00 per year
