About the Role:
Join Imagine More Services Corp as a Smart Home Network Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming homes into smart, connected spaces. We are looking for tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about home automation and eager to deliver exceptional service to our clients in Windsor, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart home devices and networks.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on smart home systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal smart home solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative smart home integrations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service requests.
- Stay updated on the latest smart home technologies and trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during installations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience in home networking, IT, or related fields.
