- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Proactively organize materials and resources to maintain workflow
- Coordinate installations between the sales and technical teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, balancing resources and deadlines
- Maintain timely, professional communication with clients to foster strong relationships
- Track project progress and ensure materials are on hand as needed
- Plan and communicate daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is staged and ready before deployment
- Monitor project activity throughout the day to minimize delays and downtime
- Adhere to project management best practices, including status updates, documentation, and timeline management
- Identify and implement ongoing process improvements
- Perform additional duties to support team and project success
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management strongly preferred; candidates with significant AV experience and leadership skills will also be considered
- Background in construction, AV integration, electrical, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, with a strong record of punctuality and attendance
- Proficient with desktop and mobile computing tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Technical degree a plus, but not required
- Competitive salary: $50K–$70K (commensurate with experience), plus merit-based bonuses and growth opportunities
