Key Responsibilities: 

  • Install, maintain, and repair new and retrofit electrical systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
  • Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes
  • Test systems for continuity, voltage, and resistance
  • Mentor apprentices as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Valid Maryland Journeyperson Electrician License
  • 2+ years of licensed electrician experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
  • Proficient with tools, meters, and schematics
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with high-end residential electrical work
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certified
  • Familiarity with smart home and automation systems
  • Experience with panel upgrades and generator installs
