Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair new and retrofit electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes
- Test systems for continuity, voltage, and resistance
- Mentor apprentices as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Valid Maryland Journeyperson Electrician License
- 2+ years of licensed electrician experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Proficient with tools, meters, and schematics
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Experience with high-end residential electrical work
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified
- Familiarity with smart home and automation systems
- Experience with panel upgrades and generator installs
