- Generate Leads: Create new client appointments by proactively reaching out through cold and warm calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring a steady and robust pipeline for the sales team.
- Manage Accounts: Oversee existing Security Monitoring accounts, ensuring smooth renewals and high client retention through exceptional customer service.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system to keep all client and prospect information accurate and up to date, ensuring seamless sales operations.
- Track Progress: Submit sales reports regularly, highlighting progress toward goals, identifying areas for improvement, and celebrating key wins.
- Sales Experience: 1 – 3 years of lead generation experience
- Resilience & Persistence: You’re comfortable with cold calling, embrace challenges, and stay motivated to meet and exceed your targets despite setbacks.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to engage with prospects and internal teams effectively.
