Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
- This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers
- The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Google Spreadsheets, etc. )
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Be highly organized & be reliable
- Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed.
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Answering and directing phone calls, handling emails and mailings
- Assist with data entry, filing paperwork, and to keep track of important documents, to help our office run smoothly
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the office
- Keep the office clean, stocked, organized and order office supplies
- Greet and assist the onsite guests
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Create and follow up on RMA's
- Enter payroll and keep track of employee PTO
- Close out sales orders and verify sales commissions have been paid
- Manage all security alarm contracts and recurring billing.
- Receive payments and send out customer Invoices (A/P & A/R)
