Job Summary:
Artisan Systems is an Audio Video company, and we currently have a position in residential that will start your AV career growth path. The position is for an AV technician, this person will be assisting a Lead technician in installation and setup of Audio-Visual systems on residential project sites. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimal knowledge of A/V and a willingness to learn. Duties include hanging TVs, installing speakers, terminating cables, pre-wiring homes, and building racks.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment installation
- Cable routing, pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices
- Reading line drawings
- Follow detailed instructions from Lead and/or Project Manager
- Observing and practicing all safety procedures.
- Assists with daily procedures and paperwork.

Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday
- 8 or 10 hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Audio Visual knowledge or Cabling: 1 year
- High School education or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record & background check
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Must be able to be on a ladder for extended period of time
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn
