Job Summary

The Service Manager troubleshoots, repairs, and performs advanced setup and programming of networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, and other "smart" systems.

Onsite and remote troubleshooting of electronic components
Proper documentation and configuration of all equipment and interactions
Daily interaction and communication with clients
Daily interaction and supervision of technicians and installers
Full-time position (Mon-Fri and 7:30am-4:30pm)
