- Assist electricians in installing and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand the layout and configuration of electrical systems.
- Assist with the layout and installation of electrical conduits, cables, and wiring according to specifications.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as drilling holes, running wires, and connecting components under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Attend training sessions and classes to expand your knowledge and skills in the electrical trade.
- Install and maintain Lighting Fixtures
- Install Linear Lighting in detailed and intricate installs for custom projects
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow
- High school diploma, GED
- Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and concepts preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
