Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Control Programmer Service Technician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced programming skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom control system programming for luxury smart home installations, utilizing platforms such as Crestron, Control4, and Savant.
- Collaborate with clients and designers to translate project requirements into elegant and intuitive control solutions.
- Conduct thorough system testing and commissioning to ensure flawless performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to maintain system functionality.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients and end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of their smart home systems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in control system programming, with proficiency in Crestron, Control4, Savant, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Crestron and Control4 Certified Programmer) and industry credentials preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work schedules.
