DESCRIPTION


  • The Operations Administrator's primary purpose is to create organizational efficiency as well as reduce loss in materials and assets to positively impact the gross profit, inventory, and asset values.
  • The majority of the work is within and around our facility with periodic in-field materials transporting and asset maintenance.

    • Supplies, Stock, & Kits

FUNCTIONS

  • Support the Installation Team in preparing job boxes, staging parts within the shop, and picking up and delivering parts, tools, and supplies out in the field.
  • Support Inventory Management with inventory and asset tracking, warehouse organization, RMA processing, shipping, receiving, and processing returns and repairs.  
  • Supporting HR with onboarding and off-boarding team members with their tools, Uniforms, and operational process training.  
  • Leading the maintenance of the facility, assets, and vehicles.
  • Administering the Tools, Supplies, and Kits process

SCHEDULE

  • 40 Hour work week
  • 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • 1/2 hour lunch
Daily Duty Schedule:
  • 6:30 - Open Facility & Staging Verification
  • 7:00 - Support the Installation Team with Parts, Supplies, Tools, & Kits
  • 8:00 - Returns, Repairs & RMA Processing & Shipping
  • 9:00 - Staging for the next day
  • 10:00 - Supplies, Stock, & Kits Maintenance
  • 11:00 - Lunch
  • 12:00 - Facility Organization & Maintenance
  • 1:00 - Receiving, Filling, Job Box Creation & Warehouse Organization
  • 3:00 - End of Day
  • FRIDAY
    • Focus on Vehicle Maintenance given the current installation team schedule of Monday - Thursday.
    • Operations Team Meeting

COMPENSATION

  • Starting at $28 per hour,  $58,240 annual gross hourly pay
  • Overtime withheld authority of ≤ 5 hours per week.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • >1 year of warehouse work experience
  • Capability to lift up to 100-pound items, as needed.
  • Typing speed of ≥35 WPM
  • Ability to work on your feet ≥80% of your day.
  • Valid driver's License and insurable driving record

Compensation: $28.00 - $28.00 per hour
