The Project Manager is a skilled leader in the Custom Integration trade, adept at strategizing, coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of installations with excellence and leading to satisfied clients. In this role, you will plan, schedule, manage and monitor the installations assigned to you, while also verifying quality of the work delivered by your team. The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and mentorship, management and accountability while also overseeing the safety and adherence to the Company Values and Policies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, Schedule, Manage and Monitor the Project
-Verify Completion and Quality
-Complete Projects on Time and on Budget and focusing on Profitability
-Consistently achieve Client Satisfaction
-Oversee Team Safety and Policy Adherence
-Lead and Manage the assigned Installation Technicians
-Control Team Expense Budget
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in project management, preferably in the CI industry.
-Ability to troubleshoot home automation and knowledge of construction standards.
-Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
-In-depth knowledge of Custom Integration practices, products and technologies. This includes knowledge of Home Automation, Audio/video systems, smart home technology and related solutions.
-Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate technicians and subcontractors.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration.
-Effective problem solving skills to address unexpected issues and challenges that may arise during projects. Solution focused initiative.
