We are currently looking for a few passionate Home and Small Commercial sales representatives to connect with new homeowners and small businesses from our home builder and other warm lead partners.

Responsibilities: 

  • The HTS is responsible for maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet sales goals that are negotiated between you and our sales manager.
Qualifications: 

  • Sales experience with a high closing track record.
  • Have a high relational IQ
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced driven environment.
Benefits/ Perks: 

  • Team members will enjoy starting base pay for the first 60-90 days of training with a commission/bonus structure plus medical and dental benefits.
  • Paid Training: Training to grow product and Industry knowledge, weekly sales skills training, processes, and procedure training. Home Technology training and home-buyer sales orientation.
