Work effectively and efficiently under daily direction from senior technician as it relates to the work being completed.
Keep assigned company van clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with staff, client representatives, cooperative trades and subcontractors in a professional, courteous manner.
Work in construction environments and being exposed to the elements of weather.
Work in high end residential homes with care.
Physical installation of high end residential audio/video, security, network and home automation systems.
Properly install prewire phase (wire pulling, snaking, rough-in boxes) cables, wiring, structured cabling, connectors, structural hardware and electronic equipment for the following:
Installation of high end custom home theaters
Home automation systems
Distributed audio systems
Lighting & shade control systems
Networking (routers, switches, WAPs)
Media rooms (projectors, screens, surround sound etc…)
Security systems, phone systems & CCTV systems. * At times may be required to:
Travel to job site locations outside of the normal work area for several days.
Work overtime as required to meet project schedule requirements.
Work from ladders, scaffolds and aerial work platforms and lift heavy objects. * Conform to SDC Standards and Practices.

Qualifications:

Able to learn and work in our custom computer software environment.
Comfortable with e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing software.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
